Hike to Honeymoon Beach, Water Island

Water Island in the U.S. Virgin Islands is a small residential island; the smallest of the four USVI islands at just 491.5 acres. Getting there requires taking a short ferry ride from neighboring St. Thomas. One of Water Islands’ most popular beaches is Honeymoon Beach, which is located just a short hike from the ferry dock on Water Island. The trailhead for Lind Point is located in Cruz Bay. It’s a shaded, dirt trail with gradual inclines that provide for a leisurely hike.
