The other suggestions are all good. Where are you staying? If you are in Cruz bay at sunset, anywhere along the waterfront will give you a good view of the sunset. We stay at Gallows and sit by the Pool to watch the sunsets. Definitely more 'upscale'
No reservations required (or accepted) at the Beach Bar but it helps to get there early enough for a good seat.
We like sitting with our back to the beach then when the view gets right we turn around, lean back, put our feet on the wall and...8-)
