We sometimes substitute the Coconut Cream with Coconut Rum and we usually use Cruzan Rum in any rum drinks. We are still using nutmeg that we bought from Ruth at St. John Spice last year.<br /><br />By the way, hello neighbor (VI Lover ) from another St. John fan from Lexington. We like those Woody's fish sandwiches too!!!]]></description>

It's our annual pilgrimage!<br /><br />Magans Bay bar makes outstanding versions of each drink - they really load the Painkiller with Rum!<br /><br />Good Luck! Have Fun!]]></description>
