My daughter is allergic to dairy and egg products. Are there natural stores, such as whole foods market, in St Thomas? I will need to buy soymilk and other allergen-free foods for my daughter. Thanks in advance for your info.

There are plenty of markets that sell 'Silk Soy Milk' on the island. You can find it in most grocery stores, I buy mine at Marina Market in Red Hook.

Where will you be staying? There's a Natural Food Store near the Pueblo on the way to the Marriot Frenchman's Reef. That store also has a vegetarian deli if you want take out food. I know Pueblo has soy milk, but I'm not sure if they have rice or almond milk.

Hard to get stuck without soymilk in any large grocer... you may not find in convenience stores, but they all carry some sort of soy, rice or grain beverage such as oat milk. Also vegan cheeses.

best to you,
anita.
