October is our favorite time to go. No crowds, warm water and most everything is open. You'll find cheaper accomodations than high season or even the summer months. It is hurricane season, however. Trip insurance is a good investment just in case.

Life is a beach and I'm glad I've got mine.

Our condo association owner's meeting is always in October. We usually go down for a week or two.

Only once were we threatened with bad weather...Hurricane Oscar. Other than that the weather was good.
