I am looking for a certain kind of mango liquor that was first purchased in St. Thomas for me as a gift. It is in a black opaque bottle with an orange label. Does anyone know of it?

The bottle I have is called Eastern Caribbean Mango Premium Liqueur. It is produced by the Sint Maarten Guavaberry Company. I purchased it at the airport in STT. Could this be what you have?

The bottle I have is clear, but it is an old bottle. The label is orange though.

While we're on the topic, does anyplace carry the key lime and rum liqueur known as Buba Touee? I'm down to my last drop and I've been hording for years. I used to be able to find it in several places on St. Croix, but alas.....

I am also hording the last few drops of my last bottle of St. Maarten Guavaberry Rum. I am hoping to pick some up in St. John. Hope I can find some!

Gees, what great memories! We bought some of this rum right on St. Martin a couple of years ago and have horded it, partly though because its strong stuff for us, but each sip brings back a wealth of great caribbean memories!

Yes karrieb, it's the last of the rum from our trip to St. Martin/St. Maarten in 2002. I love that stuff! I heard from someone a while back that I might find some in St. John. Hope their right!

Guavaberry Liqueur and Mango Rum Liqueur can be purchased on-line directly from the Sint Maartin Guavaberry Co by going to their website at www.guavaberry.com. They will ship directly to the US.
Enjoy!!

The price for the Guavaberry Liqueur or the Mango Liqueur is $22.00 per bottle plus $14.00 shipping for I believe 1-6 bottles if purchased on-line.

That's good to know. I still have quite a bit of the Mango, but only a little bit of the Guavaberry left; not sure it will last until July. I will definitely have to check out their website. Thanks Che'!

Thanks to everyone for your info on the Mango! I should tell you a funny story why I am looking for it. I have never been to the Islands, but a co-worker of mine was there last Fall and brought me back the bottle of Mango as a special gift for me and gave it to me for Christmas because she knows I love Mango~ Mango Martini's, and any other mango drinks. (I live on Long Island, NY) I never even got to taste it and discovered that my teenage son and his friends had themselves a party with it! I was so upset with him and started searching the internet to replace it just last night. I am so glad to find this message board and have enjoyed reading everyone's comments. I think I will go to the website and see if I can order it - maybe it'll turn out to be the same kind.

Thanks all~ and have a good night!

Happy Day!. UPS just delivered 2 bottles each of guavaberry liqueur and mango rum liqueur that I orderd on-line from the Sint Maartin Guavaberry Co. A day late for the Super Bowl party but now I don't have to share. It's not the same as being in the Islands but it sure warms up a cold February day in midwest.
