We haven't been there in the past few years but I was wondering who the management is and what has happened to Mac and Roma Farquahr?

On their website they have a staff page that lists the manager, http://www.pavilionsandpools.com/staff.html.

Don't know the owners or manager, but went to the office and walked the property recently and it's LOVELY. Great Mexican restaurant there too.

The Mexican restaurant there is called Carmen's and it is fabulous! The owners are a blast and the food is fresh, nicely prepared and reasonable. I'm from New York and Mexican restaurants are a dime a dozen there, Carmen's is a real stand-out. In fact, it is the only restaurant on the "must do" list of my 17 and 21 year old kids that will be returning with us this coming July. The 21 year old is a vegan and they were very accommodating to her dietary requests.

Several of the units have been renovated and are being sold as condos.
