I have a friend who has been talking about wanting to move to St. Thomas but he is a Vetearn and was wondering if they have a VA hospital and VA doctors there or another close island?

Your friend should check the VI Moving Forum here. But basically, there is a clinic, but for major issues, vets go to the center in Puerto Rico.
