We traveled to St. Thomas last year May 2016 and we only time to visit one Bakery. We were not impressed with VI Desserts. Very professional and nice ladies, but the cake was not tasteful enough for us. I need recommendations for VI residents. I search online reviews, however I don't trust them. Should we consider Island Sweet Stuff? There are so many mixed reviews. I can not have a dry cake for my destination wedding. Thanks advance for any recommendations.

Try this baker. I had one of her cake pops and it was absolutely moist, flavorful, and beautiful!
