The fine dinning options on St John are too numorus to mention. For a nice meal with a wonderful view, I would suggest Maho Bay. Rx

#60 is one of the nicest sites if you don't mind being up the hill. For all around convienience #24 is nice. Stay away from #38 the ants are terrible...
