I am planning to early retire to the USVI and am not medicare age yet. Is there a health insurance company that sells policies? Thanks

Not at this time.

Unless you work for the government or a company that provides it, no individual healthcare insurance is available in the VI.

There are many insurance companies that sell different types of health insurance, some global (including the US), and some only for non-US countries. Look at cigna global, healthcare int'l, aetna, etc

But they do not sell or cover individual health insurance policies in the USVI. PERIOD.
