will be in st thomas in a couple weeks. thinking about a cycling tour. does anyone know the grade degree going to the highest point on the island?

That sounds like a technical question to which I have no answer. But I can say that I hardly see bicycles touring around because of the steep hills, tight curves and sometimes narrow roads. The only seroius cyclists I have seen are those getting ready for a triathalon.

As for lighter cycling, there is a bike tour of Water Island and there is also an outfit that doesa short tour around the Magens Bay area.
