Good Vibes All

I will be down on the islands in early March.  I read that the BVI private islands are open?  Is this the case?  Can you take a day trip to Jost from St John?   If so,  please send me any info you have,  I am looking to book a boat asap.

Can somebody also point me in the right direction for a fishing booker.   I am looking for 2 seats on an all day charter while I am there also
