are there any dive shops or charters that let you scuba dive around buck island? 😎

Others will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Buck Island is a protected area and off limits for diving.

Linda J is right, no diving off of Buck Island. However, the reefs surrounding the island are very shallow (10-20 feet max) so are much better suited to snorkeling. Several charters do snorkel trips--I would recommend Big Beard's: http://www.bigbeards.com/index.htm.
