I am looking to relocate and open a small cafe style business on STT in March 2017. I would appreciate any tips and advice on locations to look for small restaurant/retail space that can accommodate approximately 5-8 table settings that are easily accessible to the cruise ships. As a small business owner what is your experience or dealings with local crime and how it effects your business?
