Limestone Beach is a long shallow beach. Rocky in several areas, it is good for exploring and is usually unpopulated. You can walk out from the beach to a reef for fair snorkeling. Behind the reef the water deepens quickly and currents are strong. Tide pools often form around the rocks in the center of the beach; wading through them can be interesting. You might spot a whelk, starfish or small fish. You can also walk & explore along the shoreline. Dive shoes are recommended for walking around tide pools. Swim with caution.

This beach requires a short hike to get to it. Not a biggie at all, a few minutes walk. The water was largely rough and rocky. A very shallow rocky area has tide pools. Beyond that to the left it looked like you might be able to swim or wade on a calm day and if the water was clear so you could see where you were wading. The far left was a bit murky with seagrass. Didn't try to swim. The shore is rocky. Checked out the tide pools and saw a few little fish. Walked along the shore and explored the various rocks, drift wood and other stuff washed up on shore
