St. Thomas


Aqua Action Dive Center – the dive shop at Secret Harbour Beach Resort. All staff are safe.  One staffer was airlifted from STJ to PR post-Irma for eye surgery – currently he is unable to return to STT. All of our boats are safe and operational. All of our dive equipment (including tanks and compressor) are safe and operational. Dive shop is undergoing cleanup and is open during limited daytime hours.
Aqua Blue Charters: Staff and Boats are OK.
Beach Bum Boat Rentals: some of their boats were damaged, but they are being repaired; and other boats came through fine. They are ready to go once infrastructure is back in place.
Big Kahuna Rum Shack: We suffered damage but are quickly getting on our feet. We are open Monday – Saturday with limited menu and cold drinks at discount. WiFi working.
Brian Moseley and Associates, Inc.: Up and running. Ready to meet your land surveying needs on St. Thomas, St. John, and Water Island.
Brix Wine Bar & Bistro: Open for business.
Budget Car Rental: Open for business.
Caribbean Buzz: We are open for business. Caribbean Buzz is safe and operating. All staff and belongings are accounted for. We flew the day after Irma, stopped briefly for Maria, but have been flying ever since. A lot of relief flights, supplies and aerial surveys. But we are still open for tours and day trips too.
Caribbean Cowgirl (at Vendor’s Plaza): she sustained damage to her vehicle and inventory. She plans to rebuild.
Caribbean Packaging: Caribbean Packaging is open for business M-F 8am until 5pm. Our phone line is working, call us at (340) 774-0140.
Catania Yacht Charters: they are ok, got some damage to their mast but it will be repaired and they hope to be back at the beginning of next year.
COG Restore: We are open M-F 8am-5pm. We welcome you back for the best physical and occupational therapy!
Coki Dive Center: their staff are all safe, shop got some damage but can be rebuilt, and they hope to be back up and running later this year.
Cup and Cork Deli: the building is damaged.
David Jones Real Estate: their offices did ok.
Daysail High Pockets: unfortunately, their boat was destroyed during Irma.
Daysail Independence: they got some damage but it’s being repaired and they plan to be up and running soon.
Discount Car Rental: they are open every day during non-curfew hours. Ready for business. If you need a rental car go down to Discount Car Rental.
Elixir Charters: they are ok, and ready for charter, as soon as St. Thomas is again open for business so are they. They added that even if the beach bars aren’t open yet, they serve meals and have an open bar so they will take care of you.
Emerald Beach Hotel: The hotel sustained some damage, mostly to walkways and bar. Hotel is operational. Hotel restaurant is serving hot meals. Phone line and internet at hotel are down. Hotel is catering to hurricane recovery responders at this time.
Fish Face, Inc.: Our store and inventory fared well as did all businesses in Palm Passage. We are open Monday – Saturday, 10:00 – 5:00 Everything is 20% off and lots of clothing at 40% and 50% off.
Flamboyan on the Bay Resort & Villa: the buildings and property sustained significant damage.
Frenchtown Deli: Open for business. Normal menu of sandwiches, etc.
Fury Charters: Captain Mike reports that all is good with them.
The Greenhouse: Now accepting all Credit Cards. Free WIFI available for customers. Happy Hour from 4:30 till 7:00 PM.
Gotcha Covered VI: I am back to doing boat canvas, boat & patio upholstery, and awnings!
Happy Teeth Dental: We are open for business. Providing dental services. Monday -Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm. Call us at 340-776-4537. Walk-ins welcome. Dr. Michael Barrows, DDS
Ideal Restaurant: Open 11am – 5pm
Irie Matrimony: We all survived Irma and Maria. We’re getting through.
IslandFlyer Catamaran: they were happy to report they were fine.
Island Runner Charters: We are lucky to have sustained only minor damage and plan to be operational by the end of the year.
JDNatlady’s Creations, LLC: Open regular hours (Saturdays 9 am to 4 pm)
KLR Services and Restaurant Supplies: The team is safe and the building had minimum damage from Irma & Maria. We are open 6 days a week 9-4 to help Restaurants rebuild. Or anyone needing pots, pans, plates whatever. Our phones have been forwarded to a cell phone. Phones are better but not great and we can take credit cards.
Lattes in Paradise: We were very fortunate that we were able to pack our little coffee shop up inside. We are fully open 7am-3pm every day! We look forward to serving all of our loyal customers hot coffee, breakfast, and lunch!
Lindbergh Bay Hotel and Villas: Hotel received damage, but hotel rooms are ok. The hotel will be operational and accepting reservations hopefully sometime in October.
Magens Bay: the beach is currently closed for clean-up, some of the beaches infrastructure like restrooms were destroyed, there is significant damage to the trees along the beach and to the forest within the nature preserve and wetlands behind the beach.
Mahogany Run Golf Course and Condos: some condo buildings were severely damaged, others are ok, the golf course lobby area is significantly damaged.
New Horizons & Breakaway Charters: On November 10, 2017 we will start snorkel tours for cruise ship passengers and relief workers.
Ocean Surfari Fishing Charters and Retail Store: All staff members are safe. Charter fishing boats are up and running without damage. Retail store is open for business accepting all credit cards.
Offshore Marine Inc.: We are open our normal business hours: Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm, Saturday 8 am -12 noon, CLOSED on Sunday. Sales, Service and Parts Departments are operational and ready to serve.
One For All Multipurpose Center: The facility sustained significant damage from hurricane Irma. Will remain close until further notice.
Palm Passage: Fish Face, Cafe Amalie, the Bar in Palm Passage, Classic, La Gab and Elsa are open in Palm Passage.
Paradise Rental Car: We had damage to the office and shop and some vehicles. We have plenty of undamaged cars for rent.
Parasail Virgin Islands: the whole Parasail VI team is safe, boats fared well through both storms.
Phantasea Tropical Botanical Garden: The garden is currently being cleared of tree limbs and branches. Our buildings are all fine, the animals are all fine, and the orchids and bromeliads are already starting to bloom. Our good views before are now great views. We have full power and water and plan to reopen by early-mid November 2017.

Pistarckle Theater: Pistarckle Theater, has been back open for business for several weeks. We are open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., stop by anytime, visit and let us know how you are doing. On October 23, we launched our Children’s Hurricane Recovery Arts Camp. On November 11, we launched our 28th Play Season with ‘Alternative Facts,’ a comedy written by St. Thomas playwright Matthew Hamilton-Kraft. Next up is our holiday comedy play “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever,” with 8 matinees performances, December 9, 10, 16 & 17, 2 pm and 4 p.m. each day. Rock City Wellness: Are beginning to see patients Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 7am-5pm.
Rock Life CrossFit: Rock Life CrossFit is open and running classes daily. Monday-Friday 6am, 7am, 8am, 4pm, 5pm. Saturday 9am and 10am. Come relieve some stress and get a great workout. Located in YHG.
Rumbaba Charters: We consider us lucky ones. Our charter business did sustain some damage but we think it can be repaired. We are staying positive and helping where ever we can.
Scubadu Daysails: Captain Joe reports that they were lucky, survived with minimal damage. Hope to be ready to go later this year.
See & Ski Charters: open for business, staff and boats are OK.
Southland Gaming: many of the VLT Retailers are open for business
St. Thomas Boat Rental: boats are safe, they are using them right now to help get relief supplies between islands.
Sugar and Spice Salon Spa: Open for business.
Take It Easy Charter: Staff and Boats are OK.
Tap and Still: Both the Havensight and Red Hook locations are open.
The Grille at Mahogany Run: they sustained significant damage to the roof and interior.
Three Sheets Bar and Kitchen: the bar is destroyed and dining room damaged.
Tickles Dockside Pub: Tickles Dockside Pub has been open since after Hurricane Irma. Currently we are open from 7 am to 7 pm. We are located in Crown Bay Marina.

Tillett Gardens: Tillett Gardens is open for business. We are cleaned up and have generator power. Sometimes we even have internet ! We will be posting updates of the businesses in the garden on our Facebook page.

Tovilla Properties: Has two vacation rentals ready for guests. Can sleep up to eight with private pool in Frenchman’s Bay area. There is a generator and water. At Sapphire Beach, their condo can sleep up to four. Currently it has water but not power.
VI WINE WHOLESALE: Open and working- selling French Wines from under $9. Working phone 340 690 7563. Accepting Visa & MC

St. John


Calabash Cottages: they reported that their houses survived in very good condition and will keep us updated on when they are open again for business.
Concordia Eco Resort: Concordia Eco Resort is currently closed because of the significant impact from Hurricane Irma. We will be closed for the remainder of 2017 and 2018. If you have made reservations, our reservations team will be contacting you once we get communications back on-line in the upcoming months to refund your deposits.
Love City Excursions: We are open and will be doing Taxi runs, charters, supply runs etc.
Sunshine Daydream Charters: My boat is fine and will be ready for charters as soon as the islands are. They are available for airport shuttle service, supply runs, charters etc.
Inn at Tamarind Court: The Inn at Tamarind Court in Cruz Bay St. John was severely damaged. We are in the process of rebuilding and are optimistic to provide limited housing for people involved in recovery efforts by November. Our intention is to have expanded services including limited restaurant and bar by December. Thank you for your support!
St. John Weddings: is ready for weddings and marriage vow renewals.
The Westin St. John Resort Villas: the property was devastated by Hurricane Irma and the bad weather that followed with Hurricane Maria did not help. All reservations through the remainder of 2017 have been cancelled.  They will keep us posted on repairs.

St. Croix


The Beach Side Café: is up and running Thursday through Monday until Curfew. And don’t forget our Tuesday and Wednesday Poolside BBQ from 11-6 for burgers, dogs and frozen drink specials. Come grab a bite, enjoy a beverage and take a much needed break.
Beach Massage & Bodywork Delivered: We are open at our Christiansted “Indoor Beach” massage studio at the Club Comanche Hotel, Wednesdays through Saturdays 11am to 5pm. Outcalls and beach massages during the hours from 9 am-5 pm Wednesdays through Mondays have resumed and are currently limited to beaches with sufficient sand and shade such as at The Palms at Pelican Cove Resort. Online booking available.
The Buccaneer: We fared very well during Hurricane Maria with minimal damage to infrastructure. Our tennis, golf, spa and beaches are open as well as our restaurants. The Grotto Pool and Grill remain closed for scheduled renovations as we are adding to the pool and building a new beach restaurant for season.
Cane Bay Dive Shop: Cane Bay Dive Shop is open at our Frederiksted location daily 10-4.
COG Restore: We are full time, 8-5 on STX now and have even have new providers to meet the community’s needs!
The Courtyard Juices and Fitness Center: We are open serving our full menu and limited classes.
Jolly Roger Apparel & Bling: We are OPEN for business! Located at 5 Corners (the old National Guard Building).
Kite and Paddle St. Croix: Unable to do business.
Pampered VI: We are open for business.
RE/MAX St Croix, and Team San Martin: RE/MAX St Croix, and Team San Martin, is back in business as of 2 October. Our office has WAPA, AC, Internet and phones – and roof, windows and doors! We are back at our desks!
St. Croix Ultimate Bluewater Adventures: Dive shop and both boats are up and running fine. The power is on at the dive shop so come enjoy some AC. We’ll be back diving as soon as the Harbors are opened by USCG.
