Sea Palace Retreat

Sea Palace Retreat is in an ideal location on Seagrape Hill (above Skinny Leg's) in Coral Bay.  It is easy to get to on an all paved road, has great parking, and the views are amazing.  Everything about the house is perfect.  I can't think of one thing I would change!

Greg has the house stocked with everything you would need from beach towels and coolers to ice packs for the coolers to games, binoculars, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, etc.  Also check out the bar to see what is there before you buy alcohol.

The upstairs and downstairs are like their own separate places, but he doesn't rent them separately.  The bed downstairs is a queen and upstairs is a king.  The downstairs had it's own mini kitchen and smaller refrigerator (not a mini-fridge).  More people could sleep there in the additional room.  The bathrooms were perfect and upstairs has an outdoor shower.  The pool and warming tub were perfect and the views from them were awesome!!!!

We spent most of our time there either on the upstairs porch (which had awesome breezes and a 1/2 bath) or in the pool.  We did spend one evening on the downstairs patio in the hammock and lounge chairs.  The views are fabulous of both Coral Bay and East End!  Oh to be back there right now!

One other thing, this was our fourth time renting from Greg Kinslow and we absolutely love him!  He is a top notch guy who takes excellent care of his properties.  He lives below a nearby property, and he is basically invisible unless you need him and then he just appears :)  We hope to rent from him for many years to come!
