St. Thomas – Virgin Gorda Ferry Schedule

Virgin Gorda is a popular island-hopping destination in the Virgin Islands. Ferry service between St. Thomas and Virgin Gorda is offered by two ferry companies, each operating one day a week, and one trip in each direction.

If the limited ferry schedule between St. Thomas and Virgin Gorda doesn’t work for your plans, your can also consider connecting through Tortola. Tortola and St. Thomas are connected by ferry. Travel between the US Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands is international; you are required to clear customs and immigration on both sides of the trip, and there are port fees and departure taxes.

Port Fees and Taxes: Port fees and departure taxes are generally not included in the cost of your ferry tickets. They include USVI Port Fee $10, BVI Environment Fee $10 and BVI Departure Tax $20 ($15 BVI resident). These fees are subject to change by their respective governmental authorities; they are not regulated by the ferry operators. When purchasing ferry tickets, take note of which port fees and government taxes, if any, are included in your ticket purchase.
