Has anyone seen if the restaurant , 360 at Yacht haven grande is open or opening soon ?

I heard next year AFTER they build the hotel first.

I, too, heard that they won't build the restaurant until they get a hotel, and I don't think they have anybody who's interested in putting a hotel there. I think it's because the property doesn't have a beach. It's my understanding YHG doesn't do hotels - just restaurants, shopping, and marinas.

That is the game plan for 360 - we may see it in our life time.....when it does get here, will be great.

Yep. Building hotel first down at the end toward downtown. Just the outside shell completed until then. Hopefully, we will be able to walk in next autumn. They have a security issue to deal with before it opens.
