Hi,
I have a some questions about taking a day trip from St. John to the BVI. First, what do you do with your valuables (camera, money) while your out snorkeling? Also, is there a better day than others to take the New Horizons trip to BVI? We were thinking about going on a Saturday in May. Is there a less crowded day?

Diane,
If you'd like to take your camera, etc. to shore, the New Horizons crew usually has a dry bag to carry them in. If not, just leave them on the boat and they'll keep an eye on your stuff (along with the boat!). As far as what day to go, if you can find out the cruise ship schedule in Tortola, go on a day no ship is in port - it's less crowded. Other than that, it's kind of pot luck.
