Hi Everyone,
Here I go again! I am now booking my (2) car rentals today. As previously mentioned, I called St. John Car Rental to ask a few questions and didn't really get very far! So, I went with Conrad Sutton's, as it seems to be a favorite in this forum. My question is- Is the Suzuki Vitara basically the same as the Jeep Wrangler? Originally I was going to rent two Jeep Wranglers which are soft-tops, but then I noted that not only were the Suziki's cheaper, their semi-convertable-> One car will hold 3 adults, 1 child-second car will hold two adults, so most of the luggage will go with them. Any advice on which one? Does it matter?

Thanks,

-Darlene

We have no issues with the Vitara. Slightly less powerful but still gets you around.

Thanks Chris! You're always so helpful! I am going to book today! I was a little concerned about room for luggage, but the jeep would be the same problem. I would rather spend the extra $$ on a day trip or a nice dinner! I also plan on packing extra light; there is a washer/dryer in the house we're renting so my suitcase will be nice and small! Thanks for the info!
