Any new Villa Jumbie info...?

We're heading down in a few short months for trip #15, and we're a little concerned about the villa's kitchen having, as stated in a review, "the bare essentials".
We LOVE to cook at the villa, and tend to make some elaborate meals.
Any help appreciated-
