We'll be there early May so I'll post something after that if that helps you...

Looks beautiful on the website(s). We stayed at Adeste last year so if anyone has questions about that, we can fill you in!

I hear it is very nice but the road up there is unpaved for the most part and pretty hellish. I also understand from previous posts that there may be a lack of parking for more than 1 jeep.

We rented in Feb. for 1 week- the villa is beautiful- the view, accommodations, etc.etc- the road is really bumpy and steep- there are 2 parking spaces (they are a challenge to) -the layout of the villa is what we wish we could have changed- 3 levels and very broken up- we were 2 young, healthy couples with kids-not a great layout if you have children!! If you are up in the kitchen and forgot something in one of the lower master suites you will get a good workout to retrieve the forgotten item- Aside from the layout-its great!

Thanks for the info, there will be 8 maybe 9 adults going so the floor plan will not bother us. We will be going in June for 9 days, the time is going quick. Hope the time down there does not go as quick. Do you have any pictures of Coral Rays? Do the property rental companies take good care of rentals in St. John? I know that Coral Rays is failrly new but It is seems to have a big turnover of visitors and just wondering if things are maintained well.
Again Thanks

The house seemed to be perfectly maintained- There are plenty of towels, linens etc.. since you are not travelling with kids I think you will be extremely happy with the villa- the pool is great and the hot tub is huge!! It really is a beautiful villa and view etc.. like I said if you can get used to the drive up and down the HILL to the villa and you don't mind lots of different levels you will be extremely happy- we spent 16 days on st john last month and we were ready to come home- but now that we are having a Nor-easter I'm wishing we were back on STJ!

Don't mean to be traveling nag, but does that mean that you do not have any pictrures? This would ease the visual mind.
Thanks
