Is AT &T the local carrier for cell phones on STX? Last year whe we visited the island it was cingular.

Cingular was purchased by AT&T, so they are all AT&T now...there are several others to chose from, as well....but I use AT&T myself.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I'll ask any way. AT&T is my cell phone carrier and I live in Pennsylvania. Will I be roaming when I place/receive calls during my stay in St. John?

There are no roaming charges with AT&T. PR and USVI are part of their "plan."
