I need some good suggestions for bakeries on STT for wedding/specialty cakes.

Any suggestions would be great.

In Frenchtown upstairs from Epernay try Pastry Chef Ed at his 'Edible Arts' - I have seen some very impressive wedding cakes come out of his bakery.

Ed makes quite a few of the desserts served in the restaurants in Frenchtown and around the island - he does do commission work like wedding cakes - 340-626-5432
His sourdough bread is becoming a cult item.

The blog mentioned above is mine and Deb's. I know Ed personally and he does great work. His core business is high end desserts for the restaurants in town.
Here is the Blog Post
This is a cake toper that he made for the owner of Seaborn's birthday cake.

Frank's in Subbase.

They did my sister's wedding cake. We wanted them to make it look like a wrapped gift box and it came out AWESOME. The main cake was like a large gift box with a purple tied ribbon around it and there were smaller boxes around it. I will try to find a picture to post.

Definitely VI Desserts,

Very professional, quality ingredients. Your order will be done right and on time. I have had their cakes and other desserts numerous times and everything always looks and tastes great. Jealous Snails in Texas
