Here is a review from another forum 🙂

"We're just back from our eight-night stay at Barefoot, and here's the low down. On the plus side, it's convenient to both the Coral Bay businesses (especially our favorite, Shipwreck restaurant) and to Salt Pond and Lameshur and some great hikes. It suited our needs beautifully. It was clean, bright, modern, tasteful, fully appointed, and the two bedrooms were in the same house and not in separate buildings like you find in some, which was key because we were traveling with our three little boys. The upstairs loft bedroom was particularly charming. However, you should be warned that the house is up the hill from and overlooks a grouping of houses/buildings that is the source of a lot of noise. They have a bunch of dogs down there that bark all night, and as soon as they quiet down the roosters touch off and don't let up until late morning. Somebody was working on a motorcycle off and on that got cranked up pretty loud. And you hear the street noise, and when the buses or trash trucks or other large vehicles roll by it's LOUD. Goats hang out around the house quite a bit and sometimes woke up the boys, who were in the lower level bedroom. They poop all over the driveway and steps down to the house. None of this gave us cause for complaint to the rental management company -- we just rolled with it. But if you're sensitive to noise, or if you have an aversion to goats or goat poop, this might not be the place for you. Again, the villa itself was perfectly fine. The driveway was a little difficult to negotiate back out of, but in terms of the villa itself we have only positive things to report. Hope this helps."
