has anyone been to trickles dockside pub? and is there any other bars by the water that we should try.

Are you talking about Tickles at the Crown Bay Marina STT ? If so it's a nice spot. have not been there at night so can't speak to that. If you are on STT check out Fungies out on the East End, Smith by area. It's pronounced Foongies and you get to it through Point Pleasant Resort. It's a funky island type place. Great chow also and right on/over the Bay. Also for daytime only spot try the beach bar at Magens Beach. Don't confuse it with "BEACH BAR" Cruz Bay STJ. A really awesome spot but you got to take the ferry.
