Besides Iggies, any reccomendations on fun outdoorish/beach bars on St Thomas. We liked the atmosphere of the beach bar at Sapphire( the Sunday gig) but realize they are closed. We will have a car so transportation is not an issue. Also going to St John for at least one day, so any bar help over there would also be a help. We will hit Woody's for at least part of happy hour, but know that it is certainly not on the beach. Is Skinney Legs near the beach?

Take the ferry over to STJ on Sunday afternoon for the Beach Bar Jazz jam. If you bring your car over you can head out the Coral Bay for brunch on the water at Miss Lucy's, hit the beach for a bit an then head to the Beach Bar in the afternoon.

You could try Iggies for their entertainment, and if you like reggae try the Greenhouse on Friday evening. We hit the Greenhouse onFeb 23, and the music was fantastic, almost like being downtown during carnival.

There's Latitude 18 by Red Hook (its an interesting ride to get to as the road is not great) but they do have entertainment. Their motto is - "Would you like an awful bar at the end of a great road or a great bar at the end of an awful road?" (Something like that!) There's also Bottoms Up in the Boatyard (not too far from Secret Harbour area). I'm not sure they have entertainment every night-its not on the beach but it is on the marina water with lots of iguanas and reasonably priced food-is an experience! Tickles Dockside Pub at Crown Bay Marina has entertainment at night, again not on a beach but right at the water. I heard that Larry's at Hull Bay has taken over with the Sunday beach party, anybody know anything about that?
