Beach chairs and coolers??

Will be at St John next week and plan to explore remote beaches etc by hike and Jeep. Is there a place where we can rent/buy beach chairs and a cooler?

Not aware of any rental locations other than for that beach.
If you are staying at a villa most are outfitted with beach chairs. I always suggest bringing down a soft sided cooler from the mainland. Pack it with consumables going to STJ and with soiled clothes/wet suits/sandals on return.

The hardware store next to the Starfish market carries beach chairs.
If you are staying at the Westin, they rent beach chairs at the tennis facility.

If you are staying at a villa, they will most likely have chairs for you. I always pack a soft sided cooler. I put a couple of zip lock bags in it so I can fill them with ice for the day.
