Please, somebody - we're headed to Cinnamon Bay Campground in March, want to know where we can pick up affordable beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Thanks
Cinnamon Bay rents chairs but if you wish to buy they are $40.00 each at St John Hardware in the Marketplace but they have been out of stock for the last 3-4 weeks. You really don't see beach umbrella's here on STJ and have never seen one for sale anywhere.

KMart on St Thomas often has those folding canvas "chairs in a bag" at a very reasonable price - but not always! Likewise CostULess and PriceSmart sometimes have beach chairs in stock - but not always! As the islands turn ...
Pia's spot on about umbrellas. No need for them here as there's plenty of shade at most of the beaches and I doubt they'd be at all stable with the cooling breezes prevailing.
I was at K-Mart a couple of weeks ago looking for beach chairs and all they had was the camp chairs in a bag, which you can sit at on the beach, but not really that comfortable. They are not loungers and are not sand chairs. Easier to bring a big blanket.
