Beach volley ball on STT

Coming for a week in mid August, staying on the East End (our first stay after many day trips off ships to STT and STJ). My husband LOVES to play volleyball, beach or otherwise. Any places where folks play in the area? I know we will have a fabulous time no matter what but that would just be an extra bonus for him.

There used to be a volleyball game every Sunday at Sapphire Beach. The last couple of times we've been down, that group is playing bocce ball. There is a net there, he may be able to start a pickup game.

Nice little group plays doubles most afternoons down at Morningstar Beach on a venerable old beach court.

Thanks for the leads/info. We are staying at Sapphire so sounds like either possibility might work out well.
