Beni Iguana's Sushi

food is ok, but the service was horrible, we waited 15 min. before someone even gave us a menu
another 10 to 15 min. before we were asked what we wanted to drink, the kicker is the place was, not busy
maybe 5 to 10 other guests, I understand we're on an island, but they charge ,...18% mandatory tip to your bill, and
thought it was funny most tourist don't notice it, and end-up double tipping, haha that is so funny,

Have you tried Enkai at Gregorie East for sushi?

The automatic gratuity add-on is, I agree, a total rip-off but fortunately not too common here. I don't have a problem with a gratuity being added for a large group but when it's slipped in on every check and noted only in tiny and hardly legible small print it's nothing but a big scam. I own a restaurant and got hit once while dining out with a friend. Didn't realize it until the next day and won't go back to that place as I tipped very generously as usual so someone made out remarkably well while I simply was gypped!
