I have had several friends and family that have been to St. Thomas in the last year. Almost all have stayed at the Best Western Carib Beach Resort. Every single one of them loved it there. They all say it is the best deal on a room that is clean, safe, and nicely located. I am looking for a nice, quiet, inexpensive hotel on the water to relax at. I dislike the large resorts as there are too many people screaming and running around at all hours. This small hotel may be the way to go, I hear that it is a very popular hotel among the locals; down islanders as well. Any comments?
