cabria cottage vs pelican view?????

still trying to narrow down our search.....looks like it might just be the two of us..... can anyone shed light on either of the two properties (pro/cons) we are going to stt in aug 2007. any help would be appreciated! ps thanks margy for the pics! cyndi

Cyndi - do you mean Caribia Cottage on STT managed by McL A?? If that's the one, I don't think it has any a/c. - unless that was recently added and it is not mentioned yet in the description. PV has total a/c. If that's the property, it has kind of a far-away view of the harbor - PV is right above the ocean,
