believe it or not I'm being serious. We bought a canon sd800 and I was waffling on the underwater unit up till the time we left. we always used those disposables and the underwater processing, but I have to tell you it's like day and night. When I figure up how much the disposables cost and the printing, go for the underwater unit for the particular camera, it can almost be a wash. Did some great pix at Honeymoon today.

Going sailing tomorrow and will try it out again. Might even post some pix of the sailing crew if they get me through the day.

Please post some pics. Would love to see the clarity this camera brings. Also just love seeing pics of our favorite blue waters.

I bought an Olympus Stylus 770sw at Boolchand's in Havensight and couldn't rave enough about it. It is shockproof and waterproof up to 33 feet without an underwater unit, deeper yet with one. The picture quality is great in and out of the water. I actually like the picture quality from this little camera better than my 35mm. It's small and compact and easy to snorkel and dive with.
