Hello, I'm 24 and heading to St. Johns in september for my Honeymoon. Does anyone know of a car rental place the doesn't require a 25 year old minimum? Thanks, any info is GREATLY appreciated.

Hello Benny,

I think Budget is the only one that does and they charge an extra fee. They are on St. Thomas. http://www.budgetstt.com You can take the rental over to St. john on the car barge.
