Car rental red hook?

Hello, I have not been able to determine if there is a car rental company in red hook. I prefer to get a car there vs go to the airport. Also, does anyone know the cost of a taxi from Ritz to Red Hook? (2 adults + 2 babies and a stroller). I understand walking is not an option because there is not a sidewalk. thanks so very much, looking forward to our trip this week!

I believe that Budget has an office at Sapphire Beach (1 mile from Red Hook).

Taxi from the airport to the Ritz.....one person: $15. 2 or more: $10. each....don't know about the babies......luggage is $2. each piece....plus tip.

Suggest you rent a car at the airport.

Walking from the Ritz to Red Hook is too far....plus no sidewalks.......

There is a car rental place at the Anchorage, not far from the Ritz: E-Z Car Rental 340-775-6255. Fares from the Ritz to Red Hook are probably $5 each.

There is a car rental office at the Blade and Key parking lot - Zip Cars?? ---- across from the IEKHS.

Yep, Zip car rental. We've used them many times. Mostly good, but last time was a bit sketchy.
