Car seat..St Croix

Hi,
My daughter-in-law called today and asked about car seat rules on St Croix. Makes a difference with luggage on the plane. Are child car seats required and either way are they available from taxi companies/drivers? Grandpa Sandcrab prefers that they are required and available. I never anticipated this problem. Rum had been my previous big transportation worry......

I know that our car rental company will throw one in for free. If they won't, most places will rent one for a nominal fee. Just call the company you're getting your car from!

Thanks, but we don't need a car, just a taxi to and from airport and hotel. I'm going to email hotel and see what they know.
