Does anyone know of a CATAMARAN day trip for 8 adults? We are staying on St. John in April and I am having a hard time finding something for us. Do you know if the trips out of St. Thomas will do pick ups on St. John?

Thanks!!

Denise

I used to work for Calypso (340-777-SAIL) based right on St. John. They are a 40ft catamaran and they do day sails in the US Waters as well as Jost Van Dyke trips. They do all of their pickups at the National Park Dock in Cruz Bay.

Great boat and great crew, I still fill in for them every once in a while when our boat is not busy.

We have sailed on Calypso twice in the last three years and love the boat and the owners. We sailed Scubadu this year which was also great although they only take 6 passengers at a time. Captin Joe might take 8 though if you are all with the same party...definitely worth calling and checking with them as they both wonderful.

We just got back from a day sail on scubadu with Captain Joe. It was everything we hoped it would be. Joe is a great guy and very knowledgeable. I'd recommend it highly. Max of 6 people.
