*Who has the best cellular coverage in the USVI? Do you have contact info (I need phones with the 340 area code)?

Cingular is the one that covers USVI.

Hello,

Sprint PCS is another.

If you are in the states (or on island) you can go to a Sprint or Cingular dealer to sign up and get a phone; tell them you want a 340 number. Also can use their web site for packages, phones ect.
