Cost U Less on STX has cartons from $17.99 to $21.99 depending on brand.

Around $17.00 to $18.00 a carton for Marlborro's last time that I was in town.

Never bought them by the pack, but I usually get my Marlboro's at Tobacco Discounters in Havensight, as they have a punch-card...once you buy ten cartons, you get one free..$20.95/carton...I believe you can walk in and buy ten and walk out with 11 (Works out to $19.05/carton) ...and you can take 5 cartons home Duty-Free, each...the 11th one, assuming you are coming with another person, you will be charged Duty, which is something like 5%...less than a lot of State's Sales Tax! And we don't have any Sales Tax here!
