And cant wait to be back. Staying at the villas next to Elysian .. Can anyone tell me how the Elysian restaurants and the pool bar are? Anything new since last year noteworthy to check out?

Okay getting a little worried that for months I have off and on asked about the Elysian restaurants and no one wants to comment. Are they that bad and no one wants to say that?

Hi Ruby

I'll be at the Elysian in just over 6 months from now for two weeks. From reading forum posts that could be old it appears the resturants may be under new Mgt, I'm not sure. Hopefully someone can help out? 😀

The restaurants are under new management. It is the same group that owns the Cellar, East End, and Havana Blue.
The informal beach restaurant is called Sangrias and the menu is pretty much the same as it was. The more formal restaurant is The Caribbean Fish Market.

The most common statement about the restaurants are that they are pricey. I also have heard people enjoy the food but that they still need to work some things out. By this time they should be well over any opening jitters.
