Thanks!

Dean, scroll down a couple of pages, I did respond before and I bet you hear from Canoebase too. We're both about to go there for November visits. My hubbie and me have been to the Maho Bay side 3 other times and wanted to do Concordia this time as its quieter and I like the private shower and toilet deal. Yes, you can use Maho facilities and services which you';ll want to do as the Concordia side has no restaurant or water equip to rent, just a small pool. Yes, you definately need a car, no question about it, no shuttle service or convenience to the main roads to Cruz Bay like at Maho side. In the earlier post, I sent along my personal email address if you have more questions so feel free to ask away or here is fine too. I've researched this alot and did visit Concordia on our last trip 5 years ago. Can't wait!!!!!

Thanks for the great info. I did try and contact you, but your e-mail address was incomplete.
Can you let me know what it is for sure?
Thanks!

If at first you don't succeed.... and I'm sure you'll be hearing from Canoebase, he's pretty chatty and psyched about Concordia also

I've never been to STJ before, and this message board has been really informative. I'll be at concordia arriving on November 24 (yes, that's Thanksgiving day, flights were cheaper) and I'll be staying a week. The reason that I'm staying there is the same as Karrie's....I'm not going to STJ for the "group party" scene, and I hear that Concordia and the Coral Bay area is quieter. I'll do a trip report when I get back. Have a GREAT time!

You won't regret Concordia! It's been almost three years since we have stayed there, and hubby still says it's our best vacation ever. If I can ever just get finished with grad school and afford fun stuff again, we'll be back! 🙂
