Cowpet Bay Beach - can't find it

I tried finding Cowpet Bay beach today, where there is also snorkeling. I drove down 322 and found the condo development and the Ritz Carlton, but not Cowpet Bay Beach. Suggestions?

Not a very good snorkeling location but you could have either accessed it from the St Thomas Yacht Club or the Elysian.
