Anyone know if the new crown bay shopping cener and cruise docks have opened yet. I was there last Feb. and will return this Feb. Last year they said they would open this summer, but we all know how completion dates are.

No, it's still not completed. I think the new target completion date is sometime before this season is over, but I wouldn't count on it. The merchants still have to do their build-outs before they can move in. I went by there the other day, and didn't even see construction workers.
