December dancin' places on STJ

We're coming back on Dec 5th for a week 😎 and as always Hubbie is hoping to find a place to dance the night away. I heard that Larry's Landing does either live or DJ music some nights- true? If we went to one of the hotels around Cruz Bay, do the lounges offer small bands or DJs? Would we have to "dress-up" if we went to the hotels to dance? We do try Island Blues on some trips but the music/dance schedule is always sketchy. Any ideas? Thanks all

Larry's Landing does sometimes have live music. So does the Beach Bar. Resorts... Westin sometimes has live music at the restaurant not sure if there is dancing.

Thanks Islander. I did check the Westin website and you're right, doesn't look like dancing is their thing. Problem is, we got spoiled on our first two trips down to STJ- first time there was a cookout of sorts right near the ferries with a live band (back around 1985) and second time we had the great luck to go to Freds where Inner Visions was playing. Oh well, you take what you can get.

We haven't tried Sputnik's but its worth a shot! Only 7 weeks to go!
