Dependable Car Rental

I have a quick question about about Dependable Car Rental that I don't want to waste their time with. If you reserve a rental car through Dependable, do you call them to be picked up after you land at STT, or will someone already be at the airport waiting?

You call them after you get your luggage. They are really nice and very...well dependable. Rent from them every year

I have e-mailed Dependable 4 times over the last 3 months with no response. Any idea why they don't answer? Thanks

I've read good reviews about them on all of the St. John forums. I'm renting from them for the 1st time because of the forum posts. I called them direct, very nice people to deal with. Just pick up your phone & call them. The islands don't live & die by the internet. CALL THEM!!!!
