Last I read you can rent a 12' dinghy from Noah's Ark for $130 for a full day or $75 for a half day.

Nope - Cruz Bay

When you get off the ferry it is on the right about 75 yards down the beach.

It will be the best day of your trip!

St. Thomas or St. John? We're renting from Crabby's in Coral Bay. Not sure of the price yet.

There is a dinghy snorkel tour available out of Pirate's Cove- but no dinghy rental for the day. From St Thomas, you really need a larger craft to get anywhere. There are plenty of rentals- Sea and Ski, Nauti Nymph, etc at American Yacht Harbor.

How many people can you fit in a Dingy that big? Two adults and two small children?

My husband and I rented one last year and this is a great way to see the island. They will give you a map of the different beaches in the area and then you can make your choice.we rented our dingy from Cruz Bay area right in front of THE BEACH BAR. Sometimes you may have the whole beach to yourself for the day. Regardless, it was great fun and we are headed back to St. John on the 21st of this month.

Two Adults and Two Small Children can fit no problem.

Recommend going to a camping store and getting a dry bag. A dingy ride is rarely a dry one.

hope the picture helps - One each Little Ark dingy

There is a new Dinghy rental place on St. John and they rent center console 50hp inflateable boats. They are $195 for a full day but they are really fun boats and are very comfortable for checking out the North Shore beaches of St. John. You can easily fit 4 adults. They are rented from a company called Calypso www.calypsovi.com
