Anyone know any good extended stay (1 month) places on STT besides villa fairview? Me and my buddy are moving down in july and need a place to crash while we find an apt. any help would be appreciated. thanks !

You might try the Bella-vista. I only recommend it because its owned by the daughter of some friends of ours. The pics on their website look nice, and I don't know if she does extended stay, but since that's the "slow" time of year, she may.
